Return & Exchange Policy – Geek In

At Geek In, we are committed to delivering a safe and hassle-free shopping experience for every customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our flexible return and exchange policy ensures your peace of mind when shopping for specialty coffee equipment, machines, and accessories online in the UAE.

1. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team through the available channels on our website.

Our team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your product.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error from Geek In or the item arrived damaged.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets the return conditions, a full refund of the product value will be issued.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Geek In or the product was delivered damaged.

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at checkout.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or card, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

4. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (with the customer paying the difference, if applicable).

Exchanges follow the same conditions and process as returns.

5. Exceptions

Certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

Perishable items such as food or consumables.

Personal care products.

Any items clearly marked on the product page as “Non-Returnable”.
