1. Geek In Exchange Policy Store Credit & Product Replacement 

At Geek In, we focus on delivering high-quality coffee machines, equipment, and accessories across the UAE. To ensure fairness and clarity for all customers, Geek In does not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide product exchange or store credit only, giving you flexibility to choose another item that fits your needs.

1. Exchange & Store Credit Policy

All purchases from Geek In are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All accessories and included items must be returned

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

2. Exchange Options Available

Customers can choose one of the following options:

✔ Product Exchange

  • Exchange the item for the same product or another product

  • If the new product has a higher value, the customer pays the price difference

  • If the product value is lower, the remaining amount will be added as store credit

✔ Store Credit

  • Receive Geek In store credit equal to the product value

  • The credit can be used at any time to purchase another item from our store

  • Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Geek In will:

  • Replace the item with a new and correct product

  • Cover all related replacement shipping costs

Even in these cases, cash refunds are not provided. Replacement is the only solution.

4. How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange or store credit request:

  1. Contact our support team through the Geek In website

  2. Provide your order number and issue details

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the issue was caused by Geek In.
